Coronavirus impacts

Our couriers are currently experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in Australia's network. This may impact our shipping terms and we thank you for your patience during this time.

We aim to send (dispatch) all items within three to five business days of your order being received. Depending on where you live the time it takes the item to get to you can vary. You will be notified by us when we have shipped your item.

We use courier services including but not limited to Australia Post and Sendle to ship orders.

Once we have sent your item with our nominated courier service, we will provide you with shipping information which may include tracking details so you can monitor the process of your order directly through the courier. 

We currently do not sell or send items outside of Australia.
